As a young girl growing up in the countryside of Virginia, Paulette learned to love cooking for her family. Comfort food has been filling her home and heart with delicious aroma, a fragrance of love and passion for the fellowship of its moment. One knew when this aroma was present, something great was coming. It was a time for family to visit from distant places or amongst an organization, or guests at the table. You will be satisfied with a freshly made dish, perfect, comforting, finding significance in each bite’s flavor, the essence of comfort. Comfort food to me says fellowship, dining, enjoy the moment, and enjoying time together with family and friends.
